Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or shipment within 7-10 business days.
